the room was decent size and budget, with a balcony overlooking the harbour. the location was perfect and excellent, walk from a bus stop.

The staff were amazing and awesome. the booked room was tidy and tasteful with comfortable beds. - the property was set in a central area right by shops/restaurants nearby and downtown / old town in Heraklion and open till midnight.

Unbeatable and excellent location including a bus stop walk from the place. Good restaurant not too far away from the hotel. Very clean bed, tiled bathroom and a fridge, central heating and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in the room. A wide array of amazing food.

Very expensive for a basic room. Have to pay extra for an air conditioner. WiFi was hard to get in room but worked fine if connected downstairs first.

The hotel was in the central setting between the 2 ports. I found nice Mcdonald's by accident, it was at a short distance from the venue. Good bed, room was budget, with central heating, multi-channel TV, and a refrigerator. Private bathroom.

Small yet charming place with very helpful staff at the reception. They offer a nice variety of meals, and the food I had was absolutely fantastic! 🌟

Too close to the airport, too noisy due to flights and ships, warm water takes time, wifi wasn't working when we stayed.

The standard room was clean, air-conditioned, and had a nice bath in the bathroom; the location by the harbor was convenient, close to a bus stop.

Hotel's staff is so far the best I have ever been. They where so nice and so lovely. My bed was so good, and the hotel is close to the airport and city center

It was a good price.

They specifically stated they would have free Wi-fi, and that was one of the reasons I chose it. Instead, they didn't have ANY Wi -fi. Very disappointing. And they made no offer to adjust our rate because of it.
